The Mutley is a shock absorbing leash with a neoprene handle, using the same great shock absorbing qualities as the Cujo but with a more pliable neoprene looped handle that slips around the wrist easily.

Available in two sizes:

• 25 inches long with 6 inches of stretch for medium to x-large dogs where he needs to stay close 
• 40 inches long with 12 inches of stretch for small to medium dogs who need their space
