Postage, Refunds & Exchanges

We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours. Most orders are sent out by Royal Mail (1st Class) though for some heavy items a courier service DHL/Parcelforce is used. If an item is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. Goods are despatched Monday - Friday only. Delivery times are an estimate and include working days only.

* Please note that heavier items such as beds, large orders, etc, to addresses outside the UK may carry additional shipping charges.  You will be notified of any additional shipping costs prior to despatch.

We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that customers make with regard to addresses.

Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 28 day returns 'No Quibble Guarantee'. 28 days is from the date of despatch. If any item is not to your liking, simply inform us by email at pets@spottiedottie.co.uk.   Refunds are not given on items returned after 28 days.

Please send items via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery, as Spottie Dottie cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. A refund will be given for the cost of the item only.  The original postage charge will only be refunded if the order is returned, in full, within 7 days of delivery for a refund only.  Original postage costs are not refundable if only part of an order is returned or if an item is to be exchanged. 

If you wish to exchange an item for another size then in the first instance you should always contact us within 7 day of receiving the item.

PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us before returning or exchanging any items.

Refunds cannot be given on personalised items or items from The Pawtisserie or Doggie Chocolate Heaven (unless damaged in transit).

To exchange any product you must ensure the item is unused and in it's original packaging. When sending the item back we ask that you put your name, address and reason for exchange in the parcel. This will speed up the exchange process.

All items should be sent back via Royal Mail Sign For. This will help tracking any missing items or delayed items.

DAMAGED GOODS -

All damages/shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Any later than this and we are unable to guarantee a return/refund. If an item is damaged, upon receipt, we will refund your postage costs.  Please ensure you keep proof of posting, preferably recorded delivery.

All items must be returned unused and in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Any items returned that are not suitable for resale will be refused and returned to the buyer with no refund. Refunds will be made by the original method of payment.

Please note, there is a postage and packing charge of £3.50 to send out an exchanged item. Please enclose a cheque made payable to Spottie Dottie when returning the item for exchange.
